Diwali is the Festival of Lights and the run-up to it is packing the shimmer and glam in with some fabulous beauty and wellness launches. We’re thrilled that Kylie Cosmetics is in India. From Mia’s new offering to Jaipur Watch Company setting up shop in the heritage Rambah Palace, to Swarovski’s Diwali jewellery collection, the festive season is upon us.

This was a collaboration that made the world sit up and take note. The two of the world’s most noted luxury fashion powerhouses – Jimmy Choo and Gaultier – came together for a footwear collection and we couldn’t wait to see what spilled out of that. And fronting the fabulous team-up is pop queen Kylie Minogue, who brings her sassy style to the shoes as she models them. From lace-up slingbacks to kitten heels embellished with crystals, fold denim boots and metallic mules, the trompe l’oeil print and tattoo-style drawings, the limited-edition design is collection is a celebration of the creativity, humour and wit of both houses. The Can’t Get You Out of My Head singer Minogue has share a strong association with the two brands for years. She has rocked Gaultier outfits on stage and worn custom shoes from Choo for long, now. The shoot for the new campaign adds that Kylie energy to the collaboration, which blends refinement and rebellion.
Ananya Panday x Swarovski
Swarovski is known to infuse celebrations with opulence. The brand has a new campaign this Diwali featuring Ananya Panday. The Bollywood actress unveils the brand’s exquisite designs.
The collection is a beautiful offering with Mesmera –intricately scattered with shimmering stones and clusters of clear precision-cut crystals, Millenia – where monochromatic necklaces command attention and Gema, a prismatic ode to Swarovski’s heritage, and the perfect partner to Diwali’s vibrant festivities.

Moët Hennessy label expands to cover still wines
Moët Hennessy, the wine and spirits segment of the uber-luxe French conglomerate, LMVH, will enter the still wines segment. According to reports, Moet Hennessy India will expand its Chandon spirits label in India, with the launch of Chandon Aurva.
The report quoted Ipsita Das, managing director at Moët Hennessy India, “Aurva is a significant step in the made-in-India direction. We are expanding our wine portfolio while maintaining a clear focus on authenticity and quality.”
If you’re wondering how much it would cost, a bottle of Aurva is a cool ₹4,250. It will be available in a few retail stores for the present and then extend to other markets.
Moschino picks former Gucci designer Davide Renne as Creative Director
Davide Renne has been named new creative director in the House of Moschino. Tuscan-born Renne has strong roots in his work after having spent over two decades at Gucci, where he was head of womenswear.
The announcement was made by Italian fashion group Aeffe. Renne succeeds Jeremy Scott, who left the brand this March after spending over 10 years in the company.
Taking to the official Instagram account, Massimo Ferretti, Executive Chairman, Aeffe SpA, said, “Today we welcome Davide to the Moschino family. We have all been impressed by Davide’s extremely sophisticated vision of fashion’s power to create a living dialogue with the world around us, and by his deep understanding of the House of Moschino’s legacy and of our codes. IHCL bags ICRT India Foundation Responsible Tourism Award 2023
